After about a year at the Tanty Flo’s home, my mom returned to get us. She got a job at one of the local bars along the coastal main road in Carenage, where she arranged for us to live with a wonderful family in an area named Big Yard.

Hey, I’m Junior
Dover
Born and raised on the picturesque island of Trinidad, Junior Dover developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant culture, natural beauty, and sense of community that shaped his early years. In the late 1980s, he made the pivotal decision to move to the United States, a journey that would eventually lead him to a life of service and achievement. Driven by a commitment to his adopted country, Junior proudly served in the United States Army, where he developed discipline and resilience that would guide him in the years to come.
Following his military service, Junior pursued his academic ambitions with vigor. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Cameron University, driven by a desire to understand the intricacies of science and apply that knowledge toward a practical, impactful career. His passion for healthcare and helping others led him to further his studies at Howard University, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
